As a project of YaDong Group (China), Amazing Ecotech Textile Quang Ngai was developed with a scale of more than 82,000 m² of floor area and a designed production capacity of up to 48 million m² of fabric per year, making it one of the most modern and large-scale textile manufacturing plants in the region.

From the very beginning, Â鶹ԭ´´ E&C was entrusted by the Investor to take on the role of Design & Build General Contractor, responsible for the entire process from design to construction. Through the Design & Build model, Â鶹ԭ´´ E&C ensured strong alignment across technical solutions, project schedule, construction quality, and the long-term operational efficiency of the industrial facility.

To meet the stringent requirements of a high-tech factory project, Â鶹ԭ´´ E&C deployed a series of advanced engineering solutions. The entire factory floor was constructed to FM1 standard - an ultra-flat flooring standard designed for factories that operate automated systems and high-precision forklifts. This is one of the most technically demanding components in industrial construction, requiring top-tier execution capability, strict quality control, and an exceptional level of precision.

At the same time, the project was equipped with a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 3,200 m³ per day, meeting production demands while supporting sustainable development and environmental protection. The facility also comes with a 10-year waterproofing warranty, reflecting Â鶹ԭ´´ E&C’s long-term commitment to construction quality and post-handover performance.
